Scope of Services:

a. Our company specializes in providing virtual assistant services specifically tailored for real estate agents in the United States.

b. Our highly skilled and trained virtual assistants can assist with a wide range of administrative tasks relevant to the real estate industry.

c. These services may include but are not limited to appointment scheduling, email management, lead generation, data entry, market research, social media management, document preparation, CRM management, and general administrative support.

d. The specific tasks and duties of the virtual assistant will be agreed upon with the client based on their unique needs and requirements.

Client Responsibilities:

a. The client is responsible for clearly communicating their expectations, providing detailed instructions, and sharing access to relevant systems, tools, and platforms necessary for the virtual assistant to perform their tasks effectively.

b. The client must ensure that all provided login credentials and sensitive information are accurate, up-to-date, and kept confidential.

c. The client shall promptly respond to any requests for information or clarification from the virtual assistant to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.

Service Agreements:

a. We offer flexible service plans tailored to the needs of real estate agents. These plans may include different levels of assistance, varying hours of availability, and customized pricing options.

b. The details of the services, pricing, payment terms, and any additional terms and conditions will be outlined in a separate service agreement or contract, which will be mutually agreed upon by the

client and our company.

Confidentiality and Data Security:

a. Our company understands the importance of client confidentiality and takes the necessary measures to protect sensitive information.

b. All virtual assistants are bound by strict non-disclosure agreements to maintain the confidentiality of client data and any proprietary or confidential information.

c. We implement reasonable security measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, it is important to note that no system or transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and our company cannot be held responsible for any security breaches or unauthorized access that may occur due to external factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability:

a. While our virtual assistants strive to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results for the client's business.

b. Our company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the client or any third party resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to errors, delays, omissions, or inaccuracies in task completion or information provided.

Termination:

a. Either the client or our company may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice within the agreed-upon notice period, which will be specified in the service agreement.

b. In the event of termination, the client remains responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered up until the termination date.
